Job Description

Provide Services sales support to drive Service contract renewals and/or net new customer acquisitions to Services in Corporate and Enterprise (long tail) segments.

• Be the first contact point for selected list of customers, deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long term customer relationship
• Quarterback sales from lead to purchase; be the main point of contact for Microsoft's customers, leading the sales strategy, overcoming objections and negotiating success
• Engage with Corporate and Enterprise businesses across various industries and line of businesses to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill their needs with leading Services portfolio
• Support customers with existing Service contracts throughout the renewal cycle
• Target specific list of customers to showcase benefit of Services and land the first Service contract in partnership with various stakeholders within the customers’ organization and teams
• Obsess over customers and prospects to deliver a world-class customer engagement experience
• Secure customer wins for Services and Cloud: Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Account Managers and other Sales Specialists
• Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences
• Demonstrate verbally and in writing how customers can capture value and envision their future with technologies and Service portfolio
• Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, e.g. BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline
