Jawatan Kosong SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE in Kota Kinabalu

JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for generating sales, developing new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting the company’s construction services and projects. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and project coordination with internal teams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction industry

2. Promote company services such as construction works, renovation, design & build, or project management.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors.

4. Conduct site visits and client meetings when required.

5. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

6. Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

7. Reach out to potential customers to inform them about our products and services.

8. Follows up with any customers to make sure that they are satisfied with product.

9. Handles customer questions, inquiries and complaints

10. Prepares and sends quotes and proposals.

11. Provide basic price estimation to customers/clients.

12. Works with the marketing to develop new sales strategies.

13. Understands how to make products appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends.

14. Discovers target markets and advantages of other companies.

15. Always looks for new ways to make products attractive to customers.

16. Functions in accordance with established standards and procedures.

17. Adheres to company policies and procedures.

18. Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
