Jawatan Kosong Front Office Manager in Muar

Job Summary

The position is responsible for all front office functions and team members.

• Areas of responsibility includes Bell Staff, Front Office Operations and Guest Services/Front Desk.
• As a department head, directs and works with managers and front office team to successfully execute all front office function while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Carry out procedures to maintain an efficient guest check in and check out process
• Strives to continually improve guest satisfaction and departmental performance by leading the front office team, providing guidance and support while continuously motivating them to perform at their fullest potential.

Prerequisites:

• Speaks English fluently (Bilingual skills would be an added plus)
• Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Words, Power Point, Outlook)
• Experience in hotel system (i.e. Oracle-Opera) Microsoft Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for customer care
• Excellent interpersonal and Guest management skills, strong business communication skills

Education:

• Bachelor in Hotel Management, or similar discipline

Experience:

At least 5 years’ management experience in similar role managing a team in 4 or 5-star hotel environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: From RM5,500.00 per month
