With a passion in F&B, and a vision that café has become a necessity and habit in modern society, our initial hope was to bring affordable brewed coffee and food to a more diverse crowd.

About Us;

Jiwa is a fast growing café & restaurant brand on the East Coast.

We’re looking for a friendly, extroverted Barista / Front of House team member who loves connecting with people and providing excellent service.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly energy.
• Take orders and operate the POS system accurately.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and dessert and food items to café standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including tables, counters, and coffee stations.
• Assist with restocking, opening, and closing duties.
• Communicate and work well with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing and people-oriented personality - you enjoy talking to customers and making them feel welcome.
• Organized with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and a good team player.
• Passion for coffee, food, and great service.
• Previous barista or café experience is an advantage, but not required (training provided).
• Able to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends and public holidays (if necessary)
