Job Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities including hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare employment letters and contracts.
• Manage attendance, leave, and assist with payroll matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
• Handle staff enquiries and support day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience (fresh graduates may apply).
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour law.
• Able to use Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
