Description

• Effectively manage the workflow of any CRs raised and assess its impact to relevant business units, and help in converting business requirements into functional documents.
• Provides required expertise and knowledge on online trading platforms in order to ensure quality releases from developers, utilizing analytical and logical thinking to validate the application to fulfil requirements and identify hidden errors.
• Manage User Acceptance Tests and ensure test results are obtained in a timely manner to meet the project timeline.
• Prepare detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans to ensure all functionalities are sufficiently tested.
• Perform Quality Assurance evaluation and testing on application enhancements and fixes to ensure program releases fulfil user requirements and function as expected.
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure the application releases meet user requirements within agreed project timeline.
• Provide system support for trading platforms and assist in troubleshooting to maintain system stability and minimize system interruption.
• Systematically record and follow up on issues reported and track change request status to make sure the changes are implemented in the system.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Strong expertise in technological requirements for Equities & Futures, with business acumen to convert requirements into technical and functional documents.
• Strong knowledge in Equities & Futures products.
