Jawatan Kosong Quantity Surveyor in Kota Kinabalu

We are searching for a reliable quantity surveyor to join our capable team of professionals

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects

.• Support the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

.• Assist in cost analysis for maintenance and repair project work

.• Help in performing risk, value management, and cost control

.• Support the preparation and analysis of costings for tenders

.• Assist in preparing valuations and final accounts

.• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors

.• Provide support in the preparation of monthly cost reports.• Assist in managing the change control process, including assessing variations and delays

.• Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use.

• Help with the management of project finances and identify opportunities for cost savings.

• Support the preparation of project forecasts and financial statements.

• Assist in the preparation and settlement of project claims.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

.• Basic knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

.• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Based work : Tenom and Kota Kinabalu

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
