We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Experience Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on creating memorable customer experiences by leveraging live streaming, social media, and content marketing to promote Alluora’s beauty products. As an Experience Marketing Specialist, you will design and execute campaigns that captivate our audiences, drive engagement, and enhance brand loyalty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content Development:
• Develop creative and engaging content for Alluora’s social media platforms, including videos, posts, and stories.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with brand objectives.
• Campaign Execution:
• Plan and execute live streaming schedules, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels.
• Analytics & Optimization:
• Monitor engagement, sales metrics, and audience feedback to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance future live streaming and marketing activities.

REQUIREMENTS
