To ensure all logistics documentations and reports are timely and accurate.

To assist in handling import export activity and documents including

To assist in documentations and operation process comply to Customs & other current regulations for smooth cargo clearance.

To assist follow-up with the shipment schedule, inventory and counting accurately.

To ensure all documentation, invoice related to billing transactions are accurate and timely organized.

To keep files of goods shipped by preparing regular shipping reports for Management.

Requirements

Min. SPM/Diploma/Professional Cert

Min. 1-2 years’ experience as Logistics/Shipping Clerk or in similar role.

Computer literate

Able to communicate well in Mandarin, English and Malay
