Admin & Data Entry

Job scope
1) To assist Engineers and QS to prepare documentations
2) Keep all documents organized
3) Distributing reports, memos and other correspondence to departments
4) Operating office equipment (Printers, photocopiers)
5) Making arrangements for staff travel and accommodations
6) Reserve venues for meetings and other events

REQUIREMENTS :

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Malay, English, and Chinese.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency under pressure.
• Possesed own transportation
• Preferably knowledgeable and experienced in Microsoft Office and other technologies such as Autocount and company website management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with necessary information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
