Jawatan Kosong EXECUTIVE, OPERATIONS in Pasir Gudang

Job Title: Executive, Operations for Cleansing

Department: Operations

Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Summary:

To plan, monitor, lead own team and follow bigger team direction, assist, coordinate, and control all activities of infrastructure cleaning, waste collection & disposal towards improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the provisions of effective method and strategies on waste management for Industrial, Commercial & Institutional and all services under operations especially in Southern Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Planning:
• Oversee daily cleansing operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained in assigned areas.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the work of cleaning staff to meet operational goals.
• Conduct monthly checking on each site for operation.
• To prepare and plan schedule for next cleansing
• To plan manpower & transportation requirement
• To conduct meeting with In-House Team and client
• Daily rollcall and schedul spot check staff in site
• Customer Satisfaction:
• To respond / action to client/public complaint
• Liase with stakeholder, client and team on regular basics
• To build rappot with internal and external parties
• Meet-up/ follow up with clients
• To ensure safe work environment
• Quality Control:
• Inspect and evaluate the quality of cleaning work to ensure it meets company standards.
• Address any concerns related to cleanliness or maintenance and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare regular reports on cleaning operations, including staffing, supply usage, and work completion.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules and cleaning activities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Civil engineering, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in facilities management, cleaning services, or operations management.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,300.00 per month
