Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across logistics operations.
• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and transport providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and manage budgets, resources, and operational expenses to achieve financial targets.
• Forecast and plan logistics capacity, including manpower and transport needs, to meet business growth.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the logistics industry.
• Background in warehouse, haulage, or depot operations will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Based in Johor with a willingness to travel within assigned regions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
