1. Daily shop operations, housekeeping and basic cashiering
2. Customer service
3. Parcel preparation i.e. wrapping, packaging and etc.
4. Accurately input order details into the system
5. Parcel Scanning
6. Accurately changing airway bills and parcel labels.
7. Preparing invoices, customs forms, and related documents.
8. Precisely sorting parcels to be ready for pick up
9. Checking and ensuring all parcels are in good condition before delivery.
10.Daily sales reconciliation
