Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and live schedules.
• Conduct trend research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to inform content strategies.
• Plan, shoot, and edit, including videos, product photos, and lifestyle visuals.
• Create product-focused and brand-related content such as tutorials, demos, comparison videos, baking hacks, UGC-style videos, and POV content.
• Write captions, hooks, and call-to-actions (CTAs) that drive engagement and conversions.
• Edit videos and visuals using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
• Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms based on the approved content calendar.
• Monitor content performance metrics and propose data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Live Host teams to create content that supports live traffic and sales initiatives.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Optimize content formats and performance according to each platform’s best practices.
• Ensure all content follows the brand’s tone, visual identity, and messaging guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Creative Production, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, Video Editor, or similar role.
• Proficient in video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.).
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels trends and content strategies.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting products in video format.
• Basic filming skills including framing, lighting, and audio setup (mobile or camera).
• Excellent copywriting skills for crafting captions, hooks, and CTAs.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content innovation.
• Able to meet daily content output and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
