Responsibilities Project Management
- Support project management on maintaining all quality record to deliverable for the project.
- Prepare all necessary documentation for project approval.
- Monitoring project status and equipment delivery to make sure following project schedule.
Project Execution and deliverable
- Perform on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of Yokogawa products.
- Handle service and spare parts inquiries, and assist customers with technical details.
Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues, both remotely and during site visits.
Customer Support
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, ensuring clear and simple explanations of technical details.
- Offer internal support for project engineering, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) if related.
Reporting
- Document all service activities, repair work, and customer interactions.
- Generate and submit detailed service reports for internal and customer review.
Compliance
- Ensure that all maintenance and service activities meet industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality guidelines.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to provide feedback on equipment performance and address customer requirements.
- Offer insights on equipment enhancements and customer needs for future projects.
Other Activities
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 standards, along with company policies and procedure
Requirements
- A Degree in Process Control / Electrical / Electronic / Instrumentation / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or any related field
- Working experience in similar field will be an added advantage
- Knowledge on DCS system / PLC / Process Control Instrumentation / Foundation Field Bus will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Access & AutoCAD is essential
- Able to travel outstation / overseas as and when required
- Self-motivated with initiative and strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
