Job Scope / Responsibilities :

• Maintain a comprehensive record of all return transactions, including dates, quantities, reasons for return, and any associated costs.
• Generate regular reports summarizing return activity for management review.
• Ensure that return requests are complete with the required information, such as reasons for return, item descriptions, and quantities.
• Collaborate with the Operation Support Dept & Receiving Team to arrange for the return of items.
• Follow up suppliers to collect the return products.
• Address any issues or disputes related to returns promptly and professionally.
• Work with the store, warehouse, and supplier to find mutually agreeable solutions to return-related problems.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Logistics , or related disciplines.
• Have basic knowledge of operating Microsoft programs.
• No working experience is required (training will be provided).
• Candidates who can join immediately will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
