Jawatan Kosong Wash Equipment Technician in Senai

About our group:

Our group is in wash equipment. In general, the purpose of wash process is to clean away the residue of polishing process and prepare the disk surface for the next process. The wash process are mainly divided into three portion; the first portion is to clean away the polishing residue and the other portion is to clean away the chemical used to clean the residue and the last portion is the drying of the disk. The cleaning mechanism used for JBS wash tools includes the used of:

• Detergent cleaning
• Ultrasonics and Mega sonics
• Mechanical Scrubbing
• Rinsing

Drying is done either by using mechanical spin dryer or DI water dryer. The mechanical spin dryer uses centrifugal forces coupled with a heated N2 to dry the disk while the DI water dryer uses the water surface tension to dry the disk. DI water dryer may use heated or cold DI water to dry the disk.

About the role - you will:

• Perform daily task such as machine troubleshooting, data recording and shift equipment report
• Attend immediately to VI/FA findings related to Wash/AOI
• Investigate and troubleshoot wash line yield excursion
• Work with Engineer to perform engineering evaluation for study and continues improvement
• Be required to work in long working hours (if required), shift work and overtime (OT)

About you:

• Willing to learn and explore new experience
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good attitude and able to collaborate and co-operate with other departments
• Acquired knowledge and skill in maintenance of Process and utility equipment
• Deep knowledge and skill in maintenance of Process and utility equipment
• Able to work in long working hour (if needed), shift work and Overtime

Your experience includes:

• Preferably at least 3 years of working experience in the related/relevant field with Diploma / Certificate in Engineering studies (Electrical, Electronic & Mechanical) (welcomed to apply)
• Maintenance of Process and utility equipment
• Experience with PLC, inverters and instrumentation will be added advantage.
• Practice and implemention in accordance with the requirement of ISO14001 & ISO4500
