Vacancy: Customer Service Representative (Travel Sabah) -Zahra Adventure Sdn Bhd

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Travel Sabah team. The role involves assisting customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and travel arrangements within Sabah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to travel packages within Sabah.
• Provide accurate information on itineraries, pricing, and availability.
• Assist in booking accommodations, transport, and tours.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards via phone, email, and in-person.
• Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Tourism/Business or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Passion for travel and knowledge of Sabah tourist attractions.
• Able to work on weekends or public holidays if required.
