• Job Responsibilities:
• Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness of payment records.
• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payment vouchers in a timely manner.
• Verify supporting documents, invoices, and approvals before processing payments.
• Prepare and update AP aging reports and reconcile supplier statements.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for all AP-related records.
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Support audit processes by providing required documents and information.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the superior.

Education Background

• At least Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum experience 2 years in AP & AR at Manufacturing industry
• Excellent in Microsoft (e.g Excel)
• Able to communicate in Malay & English
• Mandarin speaker is preferred
• Able to start immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
