GLT O&M SERVICES SDN BHD Jobs April 2026

• Supervise operation team and contractors, manage operations, maintenance and servicing of the plants and work with the feedstock supplier (Mill) to ensure continuous running of the plants
• Manage and direct assigned operation resources and contractors to ensure proper planning and timely execution of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works
• Responsible for performance evaluations, training and discipline
• Communication focal point to operational stakeholders including: Distribution Licensee (TNB), feedstock supplier, contractors, equipment vendors, respective government authorities, and supporting team members
• To be aware of, and to ensure compliance and renewal of respective goovernment authorities' licenses, permits and procedures at all time
• Review daily and weekly plant performance reports
• Prepare monthly performance report
• Improve operation efficiency, processes and policies in support with organization missions
• To be responsible for the equipment and machinery within the 11kV step-up transformer room and switch gears
• To manage and handle all the electrical and instrumentations for the Biogas Power Plant
• To carry out troubleshooting and problem solving about the electrical matters
• To assist in the repair and meintenance of all equipment and electrical instruments
• To manage the operations maintenance and serviving of the Biogas Power Plant
• To coordinate with the palm oil mill's Chargeman regarding the electrical matters
• To ensure the smooth running of the electrical system to minimize downtime for the Biogas Power Plant
• To liaise with TNB personnel for planned shutdowns or during emergencies
• Assist Plant Engineer in Plant Operation

Job Requirements:

• 11kV BO Chargeman qualified from Suruhjaya Tenaga
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in operation and maintenance of power plant
• Willing to travel and possess own transportation
• At least Qualified Internal Combustion Engine Driver Grade 2
• Able to work during weekends and public holidays if required
• Able to work responsibly and independently
• Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
