Jawatan Kosong Theme Park Operations Executive in Teluk Bahang

Job scope

• To ensure smooth daily operations within the Attractions, Ticketing, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security as well as the Recreations department.
• To be responsible for proper opening and closing of the Escape parks to ensure that the facilities operate within the agreed schedule and that the safety and satisfaction of Escape’s guests are prioritized.
• To liaise with other departments to ensure the park operations run smoothly on schedule.
• To prioritize, communicate, assign or delegate responsibilities to direct reports to, ensure that their department operates at an efficient level, producing high quality results.
• To control and maintain stocks and inventories, related to their department, responsibly to ensure their department can operate smoothly.
• To properly maintain and create records and documentations with accurate and up to date information, according to company and legal standards, when required.
• To constantly look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department by suggesting improvements wherever needed.
• To carry out duties as tasked with a professional attitude, ensuring that Escape service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times.

Requirements:

• 3 years of proven management experience or requires a recognised professional qualification in leisure / travel / tourism industry experience.
• Requires a recognised professional qualification in leisure / travel / tourism industry experience
• Leadership and management skills
• Communication skills
• Reporting skills
• Computer literate
• Looking for individual who can quickly adapt to challenging working environment.
• Independent and Results oriented person and not afraid to push to get things done.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
