Jawatan Kosong Production Manager in Sibu

Job Summary:

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process within a company. They ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while meeting quality standards and production targets. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and company objectives.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Supervise production staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety inspections.
