Daily Production Job:

• Pre schedule the production line.
• Plan production schedules based on customer requirements and product information.
• To follow-up and plan raw material and packaging schedules.
• Calculate the quantity of work in progress (WIP) and set packaging quantities for shipment.
• Prepare pre-production schedules and distribute them to all departments and the Document Control Center (DCC).
• Ensure the status of sales orders is fulfilled completely.
• Calculate the quantity requirement of cookies’ paste to cooking department.
• Control raw materials during shortages and determine product production quantities.
• Manage temporary production schedules when machines or product lines sudden breakdowns.
• Prepare Work-in-Process (WIP) reports for the Head of Department (HOD).
• Review and provide work quantity to the Document Control Center for costing calculations.
• Marking Batch Numbers and expiration date information confirmed by the Quality Assurance (QA) Department.

Management Job:

• Conduct production meetings to discuss production failures, correction action, follow up and action.
• Ensure operational systems comply with standards such as ISO, GMP, and S&H, and company objectives.
• Arrange pre-production meetings for new products, new packaging, or the addition of new production lines.
• Monitor carton packaging labeling, send WIP into the office every Saturday, and participate in product packaging processes work.
• Manage and evaluate employee performance in all section production and provide monthly reports.
• Manage, analysis and reporting the losses in production such as raw material or packaging.
• Monitor production line and report on monthly performance report.
• Ensure all production records are maintained and updated including workflow, work instructions, recipes, records, and production standards.
• Monitor and maintain corrective action records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
