IMPERIO DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD Jobs April 2026

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Tendering and Contract Administration
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and review contractor bids.
• Negotiate costs with contractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare and issue contracts and ensure all parties are in agreement regarding terms and conditions.
• Cost Control and Reporting
• Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, ensuring that expenditure aligns with the budget.
• Produce regular cost reports.
• Assess progress payments and applications for payment from contractors and subcontractors.
• Track and report on variations and ensure any changes to the project scope are accounted for financially.
• Site Visits and Measurements
• Attend site meetings to monitor progress and ensure compliance with contract specifications.
• Measure and record site quantities for valuation and payment purposes.

** Site visit and travel may be required depending on project location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
