Jawatan Kosong Account cum Admin in Taman Maluri

Job Description

1.Accounting Tasks

-Record daily financial transactions (accounts payable/receivable).

-Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with payroll.

-Manage invoicing, billing, and follow up on collections.

-Support month-end closing and account reconciliation.

2.Administrative Support

-Handle general office administration, including filing and organizing documents.

-Manage schedules, meetings, and office supplies.

3.Compliance & Reporting

-Ensure financial compliance with company policies and regulations.

-Prepare financial and administrative reports for management.

4.Perform any tasks as assigned

Qualification & Education Requirements

•Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

•At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance or administration.

•Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
