• Learn E-commerce operations

Job Description

• Handle E-Commerce platform’s order and inquiries from all the online portals. (In-House Website, Email order, Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok)
• Create product listing, listing maintenance.
• Work with sales & operation team to ensure pricing, product stock balance are up to date. Regularly review information database for accuracy and completeness.
• Product packing and shipping arrangement.
• Perform general administrative such as filing, controlling documents, timely administrative reporting, manage inventories and checking inwards and outwards stocks
• Attend to calls, text messages and email from customers.
• Work on social media marketing.
• Others related admin duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Experience:

• E-commerce: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
