JOB DESCRIPTION

To learn/manage production planning principles and plastic manufacturing processes

To create production schedules based on demand forecasts and resource availability

To manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.

To coordinate with various departments (procurement, production , logistics)

To analyse production data and identify areas for improvement.

To optimize production processes for efficiency

To ensure production aligns with quality standard

To participate in continuous improvement initiatives

To carryout other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (production) or its equivalent

At least 2 years working experience in similar capacity

Knowledge of plastic manufacturing will be an added advantage

Computer literate

Able to communicate well in Mandarin, English and Bahasa
