Jawatan Kosong Front Desk Full time in Bukit Gelugor

• Answer phone calls and emails from patients
• Schedule patient appointments and prepare chiropractors & physiotherapist’s schedules
• Calculate billing invoices and collect payments from patients before or after treatments
• Maintain patient records
• Prepare exam rooms before appointments and keep waiting area clean
• Manage clinical duties, such as preparing patients for procedures
• Perform other tasks as necessary, such as clerical works

Requirement :

• Possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Degree.

• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Excel.

• Proficient in English and Malay (Chinese is a plus).

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Possess multitasking and time-management skills.

• Customer service attitude.
