Jawatan Kosong Clinic Assistant in Kuala Terengganu

Job Description

- Informs of patient arrival and escorts patient to treatment room.

- Assist with patient treatment as needed.

- Greets patient professionally.

- Ensures the cleanliness of the clinic is well maintained and in a good atmosphere.

- Plans and manages office service activities such as reception, telephone, email and clinic supplies.

- Involves in panel claims.

- Involves in medications.

- Act as customer service to patients such as replying texts and follow up with the conditions of the patients.

- Performs all administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualification and Criteria

- Women

- Age 20-30 years old.

- Diploma/Degree Holder.

- Having D/DA license.

- Able to work in shift/weekend/public holiday.

- Own transport.

- Polite, Able to work in a team.

- Able to learn from mistake.

- Experienced in clinic is highly recommended.

- Experienced in using Clinisys software is added advantage.

- Experienced in panels and medications is highly recommended.

- Must be willing to learn new things.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
