Main Task

The Key Client Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for organic growth within existing contracts

Job Description

• Act as the liaison between the client and the internal operations/warehouse teams to ensure all KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met.
• Identify "upsell" opportunities, such as additional lanes, value-added services (kitting, labeling), or expanded warehouse space
• Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present data on performance, cost-savings, and strategic improvements.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for any service failures or billing disputes, ensuring swift and professional resolution.
• Monitor contract expiration dates and lead the renewal negotiation process.
• Please note: This position is not related to financial accounting

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in 3PL, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret shipping data and logistics metrics to show ROI to the client.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
