Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive / Account Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client relationships, supporting campaign execution, and ensuring that project deliverables are met on time and within scope. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced environment and build a strong foundation in account management.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Taxation or other accounting-related fields.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably someone with previous experience in construction firm.
• Good technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Independent, self-discipline and self-motivated.
• Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Good financial reporting skills that is timely, accurate and concise.
• Hands-on, strong attention to details and process oriented individual.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and SQL accounting software.

Task & Responsibilities :

• To handle a full set of Accounts.
• Plan and organize day to day accounting operation.
• Perform AP, AR & banking duties.
• To ensure all transactions are uploaded to the accounting system.
• Prepare journals, bank reconciliation, and financial statements.
• To liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents & relevant authorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
