Jawatan Kosong IT EXECUTIVE in Pasir Gudang

Job Highlights

• Maintain IT Network, servers, backups, disaster recovery and any infrastructure related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation.
• Maintain daily end-users support in PCs, printers and software related issues.
• Maintain software and conference multimedia, door access, PABX, copier, CCTV, operation status monitoring, user account management, user authority management, process configuration, operation process problem solving, etc.
• Liaise with vendor for the related software/hardware issues
• Manage IT assets and software licensing
• Maintain and troubleshoot backup processes
• Prepare resources (PC, software, e-mail account) for new join staff and brief PC training for them
• Emails, Windows Servers and Anti-Virus Administration - close monitoring and manage emergency outbreak response processes.
• Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as requires by superior

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Virtualization, FortiGate firewalls and VLAN is an advantage.
• Pro-active, enthusiastic and result focused.
• Possess good analytical thinking and technical skills with ability to perform Windows environment troubleshooting and support
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate and work as a team
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
