RESPONSIBLE TO : PROJECT MANAGER / ASS. PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT EXECUTIVE /

BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER

SUBORDINATE : ASS. SUPERVISORS / TEAM LEADERS / OPERATIVES

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. To assist the Project Manager / Ass. Project Manager / Project Executive / Branch Operations

Officer in supervision of all activities to the general welfare of the workers and the disciplinary matter staff under his / her control.

2. To implement instructions given by his / her immediate superior regarding operational activities in fulfilling clients needs.

3. To train and supervise staff under his / her control in carrying out the daily duties.

4. To create positive report within the staff under his / her control with the management and to interpret management’s decision to staff under his / her control.

5. To carry out other duties which are instructed by his / her immediate superior.

6. To monitor company’s quality control system and clients quality improvement activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
