Jawatan Kosong Fashion Admin Asisstant in Subang Jaya

ARA Experience, an innovative international bridalwear brand, is seeking a highly organised Fashion Admin Assistant to support our production team. If you enjoy structured tasks, problem-solving, and working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly, this role is perfect for you!

What You'll Do

• Handle administrative tasks to support the bridal production process.
• Manage logistics, including ordering and shipping fabrics and coordinating deliveries to Australia.
• Regular stocktake and upkeep of current stock levels
• Assist in maintaining our production schedule
• Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team.
• Provide hands-on support for tasks like material cutting and other basic production needs.
• Responsible for keeping the workroom tidy and clean

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is essential.
• Proficiency in English is also required.
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
• A proactive attitude and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Interest in fashion (no formal experience required, but a passion for the industry is a plus!).
• Any prior experience in administration or logistics is an added advantage.
