Ancasa Royale Pekan Pahang Job Vacancies April 2026

• Registers and assigns rooms to arriving guests ensuring that registration cards are correctly completed giving required information.
• Maintains accurate records and informs other departments of arrivals, room changes, check-outs and special arrangements for VIP’s or group guests
• Maintains effective control of hotel room key handling.
• Handles all incoming and outgoing telephone calls and records messages, faxes and forward to the relevant personnel immediately
• Familiarize with night audit procedure and perform night shift duty
• Processes invoices and prepares checkout bills
• Monitors and checks accounting ledger
• Audits financial statement accounts such as receivables and revenues
• Posts room taxes and charges
• Processes discounts and vouchers
• Tracks room availability and occupancy
• Prepares daily reports and summary cash balances

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
