COMPANYY: DSV AIR & SEA SDN BHD (LOGISTICS)

LOCATION : No. 2 Block B, Jalan Bumbung U8/90, Taman Perindustrian Bukit Jelutong, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor

POSITION : Coordinator, Sea Freight Export Service Centre, Singapore and Malaysia

WORKING HOUR : 9am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

QUALIFICATION :

• With at least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar position in Freight Forwarding, Field Operations, Consolidation Planning and Scheduling
• Intermediate to advanced MSO applications
• CW1 knowledge With at least 1 year of working experience in a relevant experience in seafreight or freight forwarding industry will be preference
• Proficient in computer software such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Email

PURPOSE OF POSITION

• Adhere to the Company Code of Conduct in daily endeavors for DSV Air & Sea.
• Promote, present and adhere to the Company's Core Values which are based on three key principles- Performance, Integrity and Professionalism
• Adherence to Work Instructions and all customer specific SOPs when executing the assigned tasks
• Adherence to Global standard processes /procedures and to Corporate Standard & Governance policies.
• Accurate and timely creation of Ocean Freight forwarding documents (e.g. HBL, MBL, FCR, Shipping Certificate, Fumigation certificate, Insurance certificate, etc) according to customer’s shipping documents and SOPs.
• Perform security or advance manifest filing as per destination countries’ rules and regulations
• Communicate and liaise with customers, carriers, co-loaders and overseas offices/agents to finalize all Freight Forwarding documents.
• Follow up and monitor shipment’s actual departure date to finalize all Freight Forwarding documents
• Update all systems - internal/ external with shipment data

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
