Jawatan Kosong Recovery Officer in Sentul

1. Debt Collection & Recovery

• Contact customers via phone, email, or messaging to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlement arrangements.
• Ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts.

2. Account Monitoring

• Monitor assigned accounts and maintain accurate records of collection activities.
• Update payment status and customer responses in the system.
• Track daily collection targets and performance.

3. Customer Communication

• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Provide clear explanations of outstanding balances and payment options.
• Handle customer queries related to payment matters.

4. Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly collection reports.
• Report difficult or disputed accounts to management.
• Escalate non-responsive accounts when necessary.

5. Compliance
