Job Description :

• Execute warehouse activities in the safest and cost-effective manner to meet company requirements while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, practice of good governance and integrity in the overall process and practices to support operations.
• Identify, perform visual inspection and verify the quantity, quality and technical specification of materials receive from supplier to ensure conformance with purchase order, STO and relevant document; and register in system for fast and accurate updating.
• Inspect, preserve, tag (including customs registration number for tax exempted items) and pack all materials receive and segregate the materials for binning purposes to ensure that materials stored based on the nature and specifications of the materials and are in accordance with ISO procedure.
• Analyze and review the request of withdrawal of materials from end user, coordinate the logistics requirement before actual issuance of materials to ensure timely and safe materials handling to delivery point.
• Ensure the COA (Certificate of Analysis) and SDS (Safety Data Sheet) for chemicals received from supplier are enclosed accordingly to ensure regulations conformance.
• Execute and reconcile perpetual stock take to avoid stock out and to ensure reconciliation between physical quantity and system quantity.
• Strictly adhere to on call schedule during off working hours to support operations to ensure timely availability of the required materials and services at all times.
• Prepare and submit report on discrepancies item delivered by supplier to ensure item to be replenished and avoid stock out.
• Review, analyze and preserve material for photo database and data entry for material photo database master record.
• Keep and maintain all warehouses/ yards in proper and tidy condition at all times by performing weekly housekeeping activities and HSE walkabout activities as well as sharing of HSE tips to avoid risk, incident/ accident and create HSE awareness among peers.

Requirements :

• Minimum SPM certificate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' working experience in Supervisor level (advantage if possess exposure to the procurement and supply chain working environment).
• Professional qualification in purchasing/ inventory/ logitics or contract management is an added advantage.
• Possess valid relevant certification/ permit to maneuver Material handling equipment (forklift, side stacker & etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,900.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend jobs
