Position Title : Automotive Paint Shop Manager

Industry : Automotive Parts Manufacturer

Location: Seremban

Salary Range: Up to RM12500

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all activities in the Painting Department.
• Review and track the progress of painting projects.
• Develop and implement quality assurance systems for painting.
• Assess risks and plan improvements.
• Propose and review plans for new model development.
• Verify trial results for new models.
• Create and issue job policies and instructions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and instructions.
• Plan and execute long-term business strategies.
• Implement and monitor plant operations with a focus on safety.
• Introduce and manage new products while balancing production efficiency and quality.
• Evaluate and approve decisions related to manpower, materials, methods, and equipment.
• Make decisions on capital investments for process equipment.
• Monitor risk management activities.

Job Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in industrial or automotive painting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Extensive experience in painting department operations.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work in Seremban.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,500.00 per month
