Bidang tugas :

• Kekal berhubung dengan Pihak Pengurusan dan ahli pasukan lain untuk menyokong tugas hari ke hari.
• Membantu Pihak Pengurusan dalam membuat panggilan kepada pelanggan dari masa ke semasa.
• Mengemaskini data, resit pembayaran, bill dan invois ke dalam sistem serta memastikan fail kemas dan terkini.
• Berkoordinasi dengan Admin Executive dalam urusan kerja harian.
• Membantu dari segi urusan email dan surat-menyurat syarikat.
• Menjalankan penyelidikan internet untuk Pihak Pengurusan menyusun, mempersembahkan data dan penemuan.
• Memastikan pejabat teratur dan penuh dengan bekalan yang diperlukan.
• Menyediakan sokongan terhadap Account Exectutive dalam bentuk dokumen penyediaan yang diperlukan.
• Menjalankan tugas tugas lain yang akan diberikan oleh Pihak Pengurusan.
