Jawatan Kosong IT Quality Assurance Analyst in Petaling Jaya

Job Descriptions:

• Assist Information Systems Security Management Head in his role.
• Oversee Security unit by supervising team of security personnel on compliance and governance matters.
• Supervise team members on work in progress and work done.
• Produce IS Security Management team reports e.g. progress report, duty roster, security operation checklist, audit reports and Cybersecurity incident service report.
• Daily resource allocation.
• DRP/BCP matters.
• Review and update Security documentation/manuals.
• Management planning for Security Project team.
• Budget preparation.
• Resource management (e.g. recruitment), training/development needs, etc.
• Allocate resources for new projects or other matters as and when needed.
• Manage Security Project related projects (IS Security Project or Business Project).
• Manage and perform security control review at System level.
• Align the project with Group IS Polices, standard & guidelines.
• Review Security Requirements Checklist for new projects.
• Manage and perform security hardening review for all systems e.g. AIX, Linux, Solaris, Windows, etc.
• Oversee Security Projects at Group Level (i.e. ABMB, AIS, etc.).
• Participate and oversee remediation of audit findings raised by PwC, Internal Auditor, Bank Negara, Compliance team, etc.
• Ensure security compliance to ISSP and regulatory requirements eg. BNM, Bursa, AMLA, etc
• Develop, review and update hardening checklist for systems/databases e.g. Windows, AIX, Unix and Linux, and (Databases) e.g.. DB2, Informix, MS SQL and MySQL.
• Prepare and review items for CSA, BNM Operational Risk Integrated Online Network (ORION) and GIS ORM KRI Reporting (Technology) assessment.
• Security Monitoring, Administration and Review – DDOS, IPS, SSL Accelerator, SIEM, Aldon, APT, Virtual Patching, Database Activity Monitoring, etc.
• Security operations.
• Provides monitoring and response to security events/incidents and SLA as part of the escalation point from the Security Operations Centre (SOC) and managed services provider.
• Engage in proactive hunting for security threats and malicious activity.
• Continuously evaluating effectiveness and functionality on the integrated data feeds.
• Tracking and responding to events, alerts and requests submitted from a variety of sources.
• Provides support for incident management, including evidence collection, documentation, communications and reporting.
• Must possess COBIT Foundation.
• More than 5 years working experience in the field of Information Systems and/or Security Management in an executive role.

Scope Measures:

• To ensure application servers are compliant to Security Requirements (Policies, Standards and Procedures).
• Successful management of IS Security tools (DAM, Virtual Patching, SIEM, IPS, SSL Accelerator, Aldon, Advanced Persistent Threat – APT, etc.).
• To ensure servers are hardened according to ABMB standards.
• To manage IS Security related projects.
• Training and development needs of IS Security Management Unit.
• Successfully managing vendors (e.g. Ensign, NTT, EBB, etc.)
• To ensure that requirements on IS security governance and compliance are duly met.
• Provides support for incident management, including evidence collection, documentation, communications and reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking,Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Computer Science / Information Technology
• Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written.
