Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or any related discipline. (At least 3 years of working experience in HR).
2. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
3. Positive attitude, able work in team.
4. Good people management skills.
Working day:
Monday to Saturday.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure company complies with labor laws, employment standards, and regulations.
2. Responsible for recruitment activities – Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
3. Preparing HR documents (memo, employment contract, offer letter, warning letter and HR related documents)
4. Processing payroll report to account dept including submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS & HRDF.
5. Responsible for all employees leave and claim management.
6. Responsible for staff training and development activities.
7. Responsible for development of employee handbook for company.
8. Other ad-hoc task being assigned by the directors from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
