Location: Kuantan, Pahang

An established and reputable private higher education institution is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join the team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about starting a career in education and sales!

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage and counsel potential students to drive new enrollments, while also encouraging current students to continue their education and complete their programs.
• Organize and manage departmental events like Open Days and public exhibitions, and assist the Sales team in carrying out initiatives that promote team growth and improved performance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in any field is required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in the education or sales industry is a plus.
• Must be fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must have own transportation and be willing to travel when needed.
