Job Descriptions:

• Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on references and guidance from management.
• Support and execute day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth company workflow.
• Follow up on monthly reports and ensure submissions are accurate and on time.
• Assist in preparing internal memos, notices, and other documentation in Malay and English.
• Coordinate and liaise with different departments for operational follow-ups.
• Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling, data entry, and report compilation.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle any additional operational tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Malay and English.
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently under guidance.
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
