Jawatan Kosong LEASING & MARKETING EXECUTIVE in Alor Setar

Responsibilities:

• Initiate discussion with potential tenants, negotiate lease, finalize rental;
• Conduct site visits with potential tenants;
• To prepare or update the tenancy agreement with the latest term & conditions and ensure the renewal of tenancy agreements as per stipulated in agreement;
• To handle pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matters such as issuance of Letter of Offer and Tenancy Agreement;
• Monitor and update the tenant tenure from time to time;
• Follow-up all the relevant documents until the Tenancy Agreement executed by both parties;
• To support the Leasing Manager in achieving the target for occupancy rate and rental income from kiosk;
• Provide administrative support which includes filing, new leasing inquiries & potential tenant follow up, correspondences, collection of tenant documentation etc;
• To work closely with Fit-out Department in handover and taking back of retail lots;
• To assist management in organising tenants meeting from time to time.

Requirements:

• Must possess a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Property Management or relevant discipline.
• A team player and able to work with minimum supervision.
• At least two (2) years of working experience in retail leasing or building services leasing is essential; experience in Commercial Property Industry would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Able to speak Mandarin or other Chinese dialect.
• Computer Literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and Power Point).
• Self- motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
