Saukass mencari individu yang teliti, sistematik dan bertanggungjawab untuk mengisi jawatan Admin bagi memastikan urusan operasi harian berjalan lancar.

Tanggungjawab Kerja

• Mengurus dan menyemak pesanan pelanggan daripada sistem setiap hari.
• Menyediakan invoice, rekod jualan dan laporan operasi harian/mingguan.
• Menyelaraskan urusan pembungkusan dan penghantaran bersama pasukan gudang.
• Memantau status penghantaran dan menyelesaikan isu berkaitan delivery.
• Mengemaskini data stok dan memastikan rekod inventori tepat.
• Membantu dalam dokumentasi, filing dan penyimpanan rekod syarikat.
• Berhubung dengan team sales, marketing dan customer service untuk memastikan aliran kerja yang lancar.
• Menyelesaikan tugasan ad-hoc

Kelayakan

• Minimum Diploma dalam bidang berkaitan (Admin, Business, Management dll).
• Berpengalaman dalam bidang pentadbiran atau operasi adalah satu kelebihan.
• Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan Google Sheets.
• Teliti, tersusun dan mempunyai kemahiran pengurusan masa yang baik.
• Boleh bekerja secara berdikari dan dalam pasukan.
• Mempunyai sikap proaktif dan bertanggungjawab.
