FINANCE & ACCOUNT ASSISTANT - IMMEDIATELY!!!

MINIMUM 1-2 YEARS IN ACCOUNTING

SALARY PACKAGE : RM 2,500 - RM 3,500 depends on experience

Location : Work & stay at Genting Permai - Hostel Provided

EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave, Medical Claim.

Job requirement :-

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree level in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or related.

Required skill(s) : MUST experience at least 1-2 years working experience in handling Full Sets Account, SQL system (Advantage) and Microsoft.

Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Advantage).

Possess own transport : (Optional)

Working day : 6 working days

Location : GENTING PERMAI, PAHANG (Hostel is FREE)

Able to work under pressure and self-motivated.

Punctuality & Submit report on time.

Detailed, Responsible and Patient person in work.

Job Scope :

- Preparing monthly, yearly management account.

- Monitoring Account Receivables and Account Payable.

- Preparing monthly Revenue Report (Accommodation)

- Upload report to property owner (Accommodation)

- Handling & communicate billing with supplier/building property

- Handling & communicate with Owner of each unit property

- Assisting in audit and taxation.

- Assisting in preparing invoice, claim and payment.

- Assisting in preparing payroll.

- All Office administrative job coverage.

- Assist in any other ad hoc work.
