Job Requirements:

• Possess Diploma / LCCI / Certificate in Accounting or equivalent.

- With 1- 2 years working experience in the related field.

• Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.

• Organizational, multi-tasking skills and work independently.

• Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures, accounting standards and filling procedures.

• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

• A team player, discipline in time management and keen to learn new methods and work approach to increase productivity and efficiency.

Job Description:

• Data Entry for Accounts Receivable (AR), Account Payable (AP), Invoices, Petty Cash & General Ledger (GL) for the Company and/or other related Companies as assigned from time to time.

• To manage supplier payments; ensuring the timely verification of invoices and processing of payments.

• Handling of bank reconciliation.

• Journal adjustment, such as accrual, forex adjustment, depreciation, inter-co invoices and etc.

• Ensure timely completion of Accounts.

• Other Accounting related activities and ad hoc projects may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
