Jawatan Kosong IT Engineer Privileged Access/Account Management in Petaling Jaya

Your tasks

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

• Operation of the Service (maintenance, support) based on ITIL processes
• Troubleshooting of PAM Infrastructure and application, if required together with the external consulting company / vendor
• Support customers regarding securing their privileged accounts & access, e.g., onboard new accounts and services
• Provide technical consulting for internal customers e.g., IT system integration via API
• Participation and/or leading project management activities when required
• Conducting trainings for key users and provide support during audits when necessary

Your profile

• Academic degree in Information Technology or comparable qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Security, Software Development, or IT-System Integration in an international IT enterprise environment
• Advanced knowledge in authentication methods & protocols e.g., LDAP, SAML
• Advanced knowledge in API Integration e.g., REST, OAuth
• Basic knowledge on Windows- and Linux server systems as well as Active Directory
• Basic knowledge in Privileged Access/Account Management
• Basic knowledge in operating and integrating complex IT-Systems
• Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
• Working type: reliable, analytical, autonomous, with initiative, creative, team-oriented, service-oriented
