RINGKASAN KERJA
Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan dan membantu pelanggan membuat tempahan pemeriksaan melalui panggilan telefon dan e-mel dengan cara yang betul seperti yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak pengurusan.
TANGGUNGJAWAB KERJA
1) Mematuhi peraturan pusat panggilan dan syarikat sepanjang masa.
2) Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan dan tempahan pemeriksaan dengan cara yang tepat melalui panggilan telefon.
3) Merekodkan semua maklumat pelanggan dengan betul ke dalam sistem.
4) Melapor kepada pihak atasan sekiranya terdapat masalah pada sistem pusat panggilan.
5) Sentiasa menjaga kerahsiaan semua data pelanggan untuk mematuhi Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi.
6) Sentiasa memastikan semua keperluan Sistem Pengurusan yang berkaitan (ISO: 9001/27001 / dll.) Sentiasa dipatuhi.
KEPERLUAN PEKERJAAN:
1) Minimum: SPM/Diploma
2) Komunikasi dengan baik dalam bahasa Melayu dan bahasa Inggeris.
